I teach gentle, yin, hatha vinyasa and chair yoga classes. I also offer private in-person and Zoom classes.
If you’re new to yoga, a few private lessons are a great place to start. These sessions allow you to work on the poses and stretches that make sense on your schedule and at your own pace.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
GENTLE YOGA - In my gentle yoga classes, we move into floor poses at a slower pace, and each pose is linked to breathing. Attention is given to the students as they move into postures that protect and nurture the joints, muscles, and connective tissue. This gentle yoga practice helps students engage the mind, and there is continual encouragement to pay attention to the sensations of moving and breathing. We work on balance, flexibility, and strength.
HATHA VINYASA YOGA—These slow-flow vinyasa classes focus on allowing students to enter into poses authentically, mindfully move, and breathe while creating heat. Students will explore their edges while strengthening and lengthening their muscles.
